Inforaise assigned a dedicated software engineer to this project who understood the CoolerEmail interface and it's features. The engineer designed and developed the application in an aggressive time frame and was assisted by a quality assurance person for testing the different versions of Outlook and OS combinations. The approach used by Inforaise ensured on-time release of the plug-in against a very aggressive schedule. |

Inforaise designed, developed and delivered the plug-in under an aggressive deadline to meet market demand and stay ahead of the competition. The challenge of designing and developing a quality application is achieved by having and properly assigning suitable skilled resources that understand the differences across each Outlook version and each Windows OS, plus an understanding of the CoolerEmail application itself. At the appropriate phase, a QA engineer, who had experience with mail processing and the customer's functional requirements, was added to this small team, and this helped in releasing a quality plug-in application on time. Impressed with the quality of work and flexibility of the Inforaise team, CoolerEmail awarded repeat projects to Inforaise. |
